Using HubSpot’s Free CRM will give you access to 4 features you don’t want to miss! Every leader should use these features to get better organizational visibility, allow those you lead to be more productive, and the organization to make more money!


We recently became a HubSpot solutions partner, and we are just starting to use all of their marketing tools. I have been learning some amazing things about HubSpot, and it makes me wish we would have made a move sooner! Over the past week, I have been deep diving into the features and tools to help leaders make better business decisions. I wanted to walk through some things I absolutely love about HubSpot.

FREE!

The first thing I love about HubSpot is they offer their CRM FREE! Amazing, right?! Well, that is mostly correct anyway. If you just want to use HubSpot as your customer relationship management (CRM) tool, you can do that 100% for free. In addition, the free CRM can help leaders get better visibility into their organization, employees to be more productive, and the organization to make more money. Here are four unique features included in the free CRM giving leaders fantastic value.

  1. One Place for All Contacts

A CRM is a much-needed tool for any business. CRM’s help keep names, emails, and interactions with suspects, prospects, and customers (contacts) in one central place. Having the data centralized helps current and new employees understand what interactions contacts have had with the business and where employees can pick up the conversations (HubSpot, n.d.). This makes marketing, sales, and customer service much more efficient. Having a CRM is a must in today’s world, so I love that you can do that for free with HubSpot.

  1. Forms and Landing Pages

The Forms and Landing Pages feature that HubSpot has is fantastic. Most companies charge for creating landing pages, and some limit or charge for each lead that comes through. Spera’s (2021) research on tools puts the pricing between $15 and $1000 per month, with the average being around $100. HubSpot allows users to create 10 landing pages for free! This means that you can embed a form on your website or create a standalone landing page and be set up to add additional contacts to your CRM. This becomes an excellent base to start generating leads.

  1. Track Sales Pipeline

Once you have your leads in, your sales team can follow up with those leads, and then when an opportunity arises, salespeople can track the sales process inside HubSpot. This happens through the Deals feature included in the free CRM.

  1. Meetings

One of my favorite features is that HubSpot will allow you to connect your email and calendar to HubSpot and then let people schedule with you. Those individuals will be added to HubSpot. You can also connect Zoom to your meeting tool, and a zoom link will be added to your calendar invitation.
